Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for ‘end-to-end’ recruitment of Sales professionals.
Understanding the Branch requirement.
Screening & shortlisting candidates.
Co-ordinating with the candidate & line manger/s for Interviews, etc.

Strong interest in HR space having 2 months to 1 year of exp in Talent Management.
Excellent communication and interaction skills
High sincerity/ ability to work under deadlines.
Good analytical and problem solving ability.
