Job Description:

Work with Operations team to manage cost-savings initiatives, plant activity reporting, contract compliance, purchase and

invoicing processes, asset tracking, standard operating procedures, and to drive quality and continuous improvement across

CHEP Operations Accountable for ensuring the execution of these activities in compliance with the Brambles audit policy

guidelines. Responsible for directly managing a team of Operations analysts to meet these objectives.

Reports to the Director of Operations, Analysis and Controls. Interacts on a daily basis with the VP of Operations,

Operations Directors, Managers and field Representatives. Role also requires strong cross-functional interaction with the

CHEP Quality Transaction Management, Operations Finance, Planning and Logistics teams. This individual will have primary

responsibility for adherence to Brambles audit requirements for these activities.

Major/Key Accountabilities
-Operations Budgeting and Initiatives (cost-savings) activities.
-Manage Operations contract compliance for third-party providers
-Track Operations expenditures through purchase orders, accruals and payments.
-Partner with the Engineering Department to maintain an accurate listing of all CHEP owned assets used within Operations.
-Manage Operations reporting needs.
-Analysis of Operations data to identify opportunities and drive improved performance.
-Work with Quality, Transaction Management, Operations Finance, Planning and Logistics to maintain common information

databases, collaborate on projects, and drive improved performance.
-Manage inventory reporting and physical audit processes.
-Manage, communicate, and train CHEP Operations personnel on all system changes and upgrades.
-Drive quality within assigned region
-Maintain a focus on stable operations and operational consistency
-People leadership and development of direct reports within assigned region

Basic Qualifications::

-Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Management or Distribution or equivalent experience required.

Experience::

-5-7 Years of manufacturing, warehouse or distribution experience, with at least 3 years in a management capacity

Skills and Knowledge::

-Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of policies and procedures in shipping, receiving, inventory planning, and inventory control as they apply to multi-location distribution networks
